Homecoming 2011!

As you may already know, Homecoming is just around the corner, November 6th,2011! This year we have the opportunity of going with the ladies of Kappa Kappa Gamma.

We hope to see everyone one at the tailgate!

Our tailgate spot for the 2011 year is K 22, which if you are walking away from the stadium is in the back left. Please feel free to stop by, grab some food, and catch up with us!

How to get in contact:

There are many ways you can get involved; however, the hard part is getting your involvement from ideas and into actions. First, we'll need to get in contact with you. You can send an e-mail to the VP of Communications here and just drop a line saying hey.

Also, we are going to try out this new idea. If you have skype, send a Friend Request to our Georgia Epsilon skype account (sigep.georgia.epsilon), you can do so by clicking here. We would like to set up Virtual Speakers for you to speak at chapter. We know there is a distance issue, so maybe this will help bring you closer to the Chapter. We have chapter in the Union in a room with a projector and several flat screen TV's which would display the Skype call. Speaker topics could vary but would most likely be based on real-life topics and situations and business related 'helpful hints'.

How-to get your Login working:

Currently, you have to be a Georgia Epsilon Alumni in order to gain access to the site. If you have not already successfully created an account and signed in prior to 7/1/2009, one has been automatically created for you. If you received the newsletter there were short instructions on how to get log in, here is that information in a little more detail:

Your username is your first and last name. For some people that may mean 'Jeff Short' or it might mean 'Jeffrey Short'. Notice the space in between your first and last name. Also you might want to try your middle name. If you have an apostrophe in your name, omit it (ie. "O'donnel" = "Odonnel"). Lastly, there are a few names with only a first letter of the first name (ie. 'B Harris')

The password hint is listed in the newsletter. If you did not receive a newsletter, please send an e-mail to newsletter@sigepgsu.org. Please include up to date Name, Address, Phone, and E-mail so we can update our records.

A Note on Information Privacy:

Please know that it is important to us that we have as much contact information as you are willing to provide us with so we can stay in better contact with you. Also know that we have a secure system set in place. If you'll notice, you have to be logged in to view personal information of the other Brothers. Guests and visitors to the site will only see your name and picture, both of which are NOT tracked by search engines. If you still are unsure, you can e-mail us your personal information and we can put in in our separate database, kept manually.
